Become a CUFOS Associate The following links go to application forms for the United States and for non U.S. addresses. Friends of CUFOS or Associates receive the International UFO Reporter for one year (four issues). When you subscribe we will send you the most current issue unless the next quarterly issue is almost available, in which case we will send that issue as your first. If you select a level of "Contributing" or higher and pay the appropriate contribution, one or more other publications are available (contributions to CUFOS are tax-deductible). To become a CUFOS Associate print out the form, complete it, and send it in the mail along with your contribution in either a check or money order. Our address is listed on each form.
